Position Summary:

DOmedia is a technology company with a mission to simplify media planning, buying and selling, starting with “out of home” media. Our product, BillboardsIn.com, is making it easy for local businesses to advertise on billboards and other out of home media. We are looking for an Account Manager to prospect, nurture and support new customers with their advertising needs.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of using BillboardsIn and Out of Home Advertising.
  • Assist customers to make them feel comfortable and confident in their advertising decisions.
  • Manage your daily schedule and calling to keep up with quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Call, text and email BillboardsIn.com users (inbound leads, not cold calls) and attempt to connect with potential customers.
  • Upsell customers on more locations and/or longer campaigns when doing so would help that customer meet their business goals.
  • Help direct the team on how we can better automate and support our customers

Requirements:

  • Self motivated, self managed, and optimistic attitude
  • Previous account management and/or inside sales experiences
  • Ability to learn and use CRM systems
  • Exceptional time management skills necessary to close a high volume of opportunities
  • Ability to speak up and help improve our ability to service customers better

Additional Information:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Commission – Existing in-house team (4 sales people) averages $100k-150k/yr within first 12mo.
